SQUIRRELS

Picture
Living in the Texas Hill Country can be wonderful with all its great wildlife and scenery, except when that wildlife decides to come in and live with you. This is often the case when it comes to squirrels. They frequently enter attics and cause damage to pipes, electrical wires, insulation, and attic screens or vents. Once squirrels have taken up residence in your attic or even under the home, it can be very difficult to get them out. Squirrels are very smart and tend to shy away from new objects around their nesting and feeding sites.  So don't wait, please give us a call to schedule a critter inspection. If our evaluator finds areas conducive to critter entry, we will be sure to point them out AND refer you to a great contractor to get those areas sealed!

VARMINT

Picture
Raccoons, Opossums, and even Ring-Tail Cats all call Central Texas 'home'. The best way to solve a Varmint problem is prevention:  secure trashcan lids, pick up food bowls, and store any outdoor food products in tightly sealed containers. Once word gets out that your house has accessible snacks, you'll be seeing those neighborhood raccoons and opossums every night. In some instances, they will take up residence in your attic or under your home... rent free!  So don't wait, please give us a call to schedule a critter inspection. If our evaluator finds areas conducive to critter entry, we will be sure to point them out AND refer you to a great contractor to get those areas sealed!
