PRE-CONSTRUCTION TREATMENT

During construction of a building is the best time to treat for subterranean termites due to the ability to place a chemical or even physical barrier between the soil and the building. Cost of a pre-construction termite treatments are much less than that of a post- construction treatment and will provide a much more thorough treatment. All pipe penetrations and other conducive areas of a foundation can easily and thoroughly be treated before the concrete is poured.
